Tessa founded TIA to empower young people in their transition from state care into independence in Bolivia; they currently have 200 people participating in their programmes. The young people receive two to four hours of workshops and ten hours a week of case work. Tessa and over 80 volunteers have put in around 23,000 hours over the last six years (3,833.3 in the last year). They have also received office space from Westpac for about $18,209 a year (this will be an outcome value).
