I am passionate about

In simple words I am passionate about understanding the world surrounding me and making it a better place. I believe that through educating ourselves and empathy, each of us can have a positive impact, even through small steps. My key areas of interest are environment and responsible consumption (how can turn around our negative impact on the environment) and the future (future-proofing organisations, new technologies and their ethical aspects, megatrends, future of work).

Actions

For the past two years I have been involved in several initatives oriented at driving Unilever Sustainable Living Plan agendaa, as well as innovation and organization future-proofing in Unilever Poland, which are directly addressing sustainable economic growth SDG. A year ago together with several colleagues from Unilever Future Leaders Programme we have created Young Unilever Managers organization and one of our goals is to increase awareness and engagement in pioneering sustainable business. At the same time I am part of project group that is tackling ways of collaborating with startups and bringing innovation into Unilever. Here, again, we work on increasing awareness and engagement in addressing our business challenges through collaboration with startups and young entrepreneurs. In turn during my role in Employer Branding I have reastablished our collaboration with AIESEC and represented Unilever in initiatives related to UN SDG, eg. Youth Speak event, where we brainstormed on projects addressing quality education and good health and wellbeing goals together with students from all over Poland.
