I am passionate about

I enjoy focusing on the topics of youth leadership, youth employment, CVE activities, peacebuilding, social business, and have a strong passion for sustainable education, design, and art. I am the Co-founder and the developer of “Youth to Youth Initiative”- international youth-led organisation that focuses on youth development. The motto of the initiative is “Change Created by Youth for Youth”, and I believe in this approach as much as I believe in the potential of young people, their ability, passion and drive for positive changes and sustainable future.

Actions

I have more than ten years of successful experience in the non-for-profit sector and more than five years of working experience for governmental institutions. I have been able to implement more than twenty projects in the sphere of social inclusion, education, social entrepreneurship and CVE activities. Within "Youth to Youth Initiative" I have organised 4 international summits in different parts of the world, 2 summers schools for early social entrepreneurs and multiple training courses, targeting SDG's and youth. Each year Y2Y Summits gets together around 125 young leaders. Each of the leader, on average, reaches to 200 young people in their own community, each training is attended by 35 youth workers that on average reaching out to 2 000 young people in their networks, so the overall impact is more than half a million.
