A long term partner of One Young World, Ambassadors representing RB ventured to set up the Purpose Council, created to ensure that the company continues to focus internally and externally on leveraging their global brands to tackle global issues.

Via the Purpose Council, Julian, alongside other colleagues at RB, has led a number of key social impact projects. Julian has focused on supporting initiatives in LATAM that have impacted 5,000+ children, created 5 protective spaces, educated 20+ female leaders, and supported 4,000+ families.
