Luke’s focus on sustainable finance within Barclays has led to the creation of a Green Banking franchise which has now developed a range of sustainable products for the bank’s customers and clients. Luke truly believes that organisations should be changed from within. He recognises that large institutions, such as Barclays must champion change in regards to climate change. Working within the Group CEO Office, he has a good understanding of strategic priorities within the bank and deals day to day with executive committee members, briefing them on topics such as climate change, sustainability and FinTech.
