Opportunities for Recent Graduates
The One Young World Fellowship Programme is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in sustainable development, global development, and the charity sector. Fellows gain hands-on experience delivering the One Young World Summit and supporting young leaders from every corner of the world.
Fellowships typically span nine months and offer a rich opportunity for professional development, meaningful contributions, and personal growth within a dynamic international organisation. Upon completing the programme, Fellows become One Young World Ambassadors — joining a global network of over 18,700 influential changemakers.
We usually recruit for the Fellowship Programme in late summer or early autumn. Please check back during that period for graduate opportunities and entry-level jobs in the charity sector.
