Francisco is passionate about what motivates us. Since 2014, he’s been exploring this topic as the HR Head for Argentina, Chile & Uruguay at Siemens. Originally a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, Chile he holds master´s degrees in both business law and business administration. Some of his previous HR experience includes Scotiabank, a Canadian international financial institution, and LATAM Airlines Group, Latin America’s largest airline.
