Tara has worked at the Jane Goodall Institute for twelve years as Executive Director, Education and is responsible for developing and managing the education division, in the UK, Czech Republic and the Middle East primarily, as well as co-chairing the global committee, under Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots, a global humanitarian and education programme. She is responsible for overseeing the education sector of the Institute through the development of national and international projects.

Roots & Shoots is dedicated towards inspiring the next generation to become responsible global citizens by taking mindful action in protecting our planet.

A Business (Hons) graduate with a Masters in Marketing, she is a judge for the Observer Ethical Awards and the Women’s Innovation Awards; a fellow of St George’s House, Windsor Castle, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors.
