Arjan is passionate about sustainable, holistic growth to achieve a better world for all.

Arjan has 6 years’ experience at KPMG. This includes 5 years in financial audit alongside achieving a fully sponsored BSc and the CA qualification. He is a member of KPMG’s Inclusion and Diversity Steering Committee for the Midlands, He is also a Committee member of KPMG's Grief network, working to support bereaved colleagues. 

Outside of KPMG, Arjan is a Member of ICAS’ Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Board Committee. He also sits on the NSPCC Birmingham Business Board, working to connect businesses and drive activities to support the health and wellbeing of children and young people.   

Arjan has made significant progress on a journey of adversity and was invited to speak at the London School of Economics in February this year where he shared his story and advice. 

Arjan has recently been shortlisted as the Future Face of Health and Wellbeing by the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce
