Sara Rajabli is a social entrepreneur, consulting business psychologist, and researcher on ego development. She founded BUTA Art & Sweets, under her leadership, BUTA employs 20 women with special needs, fostering social inclusion and sustainability.

 

Sara's influence extends beyond her enterprise; as an Instagram influencer with over 17,000 followers, she inspires individuals in Azerbaijan to adopt cruelty-free and eco-friendly lifestyles. Internationally, she has engaged with DAAD, Erasmus+, One Young World, and others, bringing global sustainability insights to her community. Collaborating with UNDP Azerbaijan, UNICEF, GIZ Azerbaijan, and the U.S. Embassy, Sara has mentored over 30 local NGOs in launching sustainable social enterprises. She also spearheaded the first social enterprise in a conflict-affected region, employing 10 women from displaced communities.

 

Sara co-authored the first book on social entrepreneurship in Azerbaijani, and her work has earned accolades such as the Global Startup Awards 2019 and The Diana Award 2021. In her consulting role, Sara enhances mental health and eco-friendly practices in local businesses. She is mentoring local entrepreneurs in adapting ego development theories for conscious leade Recognised as one of the 50 most influential global young leaders by One Young World Impact Report, she is also one of 12 selected young leaders in the Tallberg Mentoring Leaders Program, validating her leadership and impact in the field of sustainability.
