Additional actions you can take to increase awareness of your involvement in the #OYW23 Summit in Belfast
1. Post about your Summit participation on your official company channels, as well as on your senior leadership's personal pages to raise awareness.
2. Share the news in your intranet / internal networks to help build awareness of the investment you are making in your young employees.
3. Feature your selected Delegates on your company website or social media - they are the top talent you want to celebrate.
4. Check back for updates as we get closer to the One Young World 2023 Summit! We'll be uploading more information about the Summit when it becomes available.
As this is a truly hybrid Summit, we have a large number of Delegate tuning in to participate in the Summit digitally. To ensure all Delegates receive the same exclusive and engaging experience, we will be limiting the number of sessions we live-stream to our wider global audience.
All videos from the Summit will be uploaded to Vimeo. From here, you will be able to search and download the video featuring your Delegate/s. Our team will be working hard to have video uploaded as quickly as possible. Please be prepared to wait a maximum of two weeks post-Summit to be able to download your video.
We will update our Flickr page as often as possible during the Summit.
If you require images from a specific session, please notify your One Young World representative by Frida 1 September, and a member of our team will facilitate your request.
If you would like to create your own social media graphics, and would like to apply the #OYW23 Belfast logos or the official One Young World branding, please contact your One Young World representative.
You are very welcome to film social media content on mobile phones and we encourage you to post using the hashtag #OYW23 and tag @OneYoungWorld.
Any professional videographers or film crews must be pre-approved and accredited prior to the Summit. We cannot guarantee their attendance.
Filming of any kind during workshops is not permitted.
You may not livestream any of our Summit content unless you have a prior written agreement with One Young World.
