About
The Nudge Global Impact Challenge is an eight-month development programme focusing on leadership, sustainability and impact including a four-day learning experience in Zeist, The Netherlands, from 19 to 22 October 2020.
Participants will gain insight into their own talents and development areas by means of their impact plan, a leadership capacity assessment, coaching sessions and diverse workshops. They will also hear insights from international world-class speakers.
Who are they looking for
Young professionals with the ambition to change the world for the better and eager to create the impact they envision.
Criteria for participation: You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, you are between the age of 23 and 33, and fluent in English (verbal and written). Above all, you have a clear passion for sustainability, you want to develop your leadership skills, and you are eager to make an impact.

Wild Card participants
30 young professionals will have the opportunity to take part in the Challenge as Wild Card participants. By applying for a Wild Card, they enter a selection process where their participation fee (EUR 4.500,–) will be sponsored.
