The Young African Leaders Programme (YALP) funded by the European Commission is a tailor-made fellowship and training programme which catalyses changes as envisioned in the African Union Agenda 2063 and in the AU-EU Partnership. The programme aims at creating new networks, connecting a strong cohort of leaders committed to driving change in their own countries and across the continent.
In the dynamic academic environment of the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, selected participants will take part in workshops, training and skills development sessions, conferences, study visits, networking opportunity with the other fellows, policymakers and the academic community.
The fellowship will take place between September and November 2023 at the European University Institute's School of Transnational Governance in Florence, Italy.
