Are you a One Young World Ambassador based in Montréal and inspired to drive impact in your Community? Volunteer to join our team building a sustainable legacy of impact in the city, building on the huge success of the One Young World Summit in Montréal.

You will work closely with the One Young World team in London, the Host City team in Montréal, local One Young World Partners, and our volunteer Managing and Coordinating Ambassadors in Canada and USA.

Montreal Legacy Ambassador

 

Role:

  • Work with the Coordinating Ambassador for Canada to maintain engagement in the Community after the Summit in Montréal.
  • Collaborate with the local partners to host regular Community Events in Montréal in 2024
  • Create connections and collaborations between One Young World Ambassadors in Montréal, Canada
  • Encourage action in the Community in Montréal to create social impact initiatives dedicated to tackling pressing issues for young people in Montréal
  • 12 month volunteer position requiring (on average) 3-4 hours per week - time commitment varies throughout the year

Requirements:

  • The ability to commit meaningful time and effort to the role 
  • New or existing member of the One Young World Community
  • Reside in Montréal
  • An enjoyment of connecting with others and building relationships
  • A passion for the aims of One Young World and the activities of Ambassadors
  • Action-oriented individual wanting to drive impact
