I am part of the Chief Digital Officer & Strategy team at the asset management division of Credit Suisse in Zurich (Switzerland), where I primarily focus on digital transformation and the research of new technologies supporting the development of new investment strategies and improvements in the value chain of asset managers. When I was 16 years old, I became almost blind. Knowing the world of people with and without a disability, I continuously contribute to several diversity & inclusion topics at Credit Suisse with the aim to promote the employment of people with a disability and to improve accessibility of tools. Aside my day job, I am a guest speaker at university- and company-events with the aim to make people aware of the disability topic, breaking down barriers between disabled and non-disabled people.
