I’m Zsofia Szlamka, founder of the workplace mental health social enterprise AMKA Counselling, and soon-to-be PhD psychologist at King’s College London. In this blog I would like to illustrate that the code of mental health at work can indeed be cracked. I will introduce a framework approach to thinking about wellbeing at the workplace. I will also suggest some good practices that may help support organisations in adopting a workplace mental health policy.
