My name is Amin Bolis, age of 28 originally from Sudan but currently a refugee in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya after I fled my home country Sudan back in the year 2004 because of war. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Humanity Hands (Formerly INVER) which is a refugee-led organization with 6 years’ experience in supporting refugees and host communities in Kakuma Refugee Camp across diverse areas of Education, Digital Literacy, SHRE, and Art.
I have more than 5 years’ experience in supporting and offering advisory services to humanitarian organization in matters related to refugees and persons of displaced background, which currently I am offering advisory service at COHERE charity as member of Refugee Advisory Panel which is the panel that offers an advisory service in matters related to refugees’ meaningful engagement.
I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Development studies at Mount Kenya University (MKU) and also hold a diploma in Community Development and Social work from the same institute. Currently I am consulting and offering advisory services across diverse fields of development, education, organization/business development, Research and Advocacy especially in matters related to refugees affairs.
