Selma is a dedicated professional with a passion for entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, and youth employment. With over five years of experience , in which three of them working as a program manager at The Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED), Selma has spearheaded initiatives to empower women, promote entrepreneurship, and tackle youth unemployment.
As an entrepreneur herself, Selma founded a startup focused on enhancing women's business capacities while advocating for gender equality. Her venture also addressed environmental issues through innovative plastic waste recycling.
