Valentine Chepkoech Mugun

Valentine Chepkoech is a 26-year-old Global Partnership for Education youth leader from Kenya. She holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and is currently a candidate for a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration. She is passionate about education, youth and climate action. She is also passionate about positively transforming her community . In her efforts to positively give back and impact her community she founded the Barrier Breakers an organization that supports teenage mothers through economic empowerment, climate smart farming and runs a back to school program for them. Further she is an outstanding leader a virtue that saw elected as the current Deputy President of Kenya’s Premier national women leadership program and reality show Miss President Kenya, showcasing women in leadership. She previously served as Vice President of Multimedia University Students Council.
