Stephani Paliza has a degree in International Relations with specialization in Results Based Project Management, Public Management with Intercultural Approach and Fundraising Strategies.
She is currently the General Coordinator of Fundación Multitudes, a non-profit organization that seeks to close the gap between citizenship and decision making. As part of her duties, she supports the partnership and fundraising efforts of the Women's Observatory Against Disinformation, in addition to providing diplomatic and programmatic support to the Secretariat of the Civil Society Pillar of the Community of Democracies.
Stephani is also the Director of Inter-institutional Cooperation at United Peruvian Youth, a youth organization that promotes the empowerment of young Peruvians so that through their actions they contribute to the achievement of the SDGs in Peru, especially Quality Education.
