Tom formally worked as an innovation consultant at Deloitte and attended the One Young World 2019 Summit in London.

As part of the Global Minds Matter programme, partner Suzanne Sikkink is one of the two Mental Health Advocates at Allen & Overy (A&O) in Amsterdam. Her role is to promote positive mental health and foster a culture of support at A&O. In daily practice, Suzanne is specialized in employment law. She has experience in a wide range of employment law-related matters, varying from dismissals, restructurings and union/works council relationships to compliance and social media, remuneration and (cross-border) corporate law-related employment matters, both in an advisory role and litigation.
