I am a New York City-born first-generation Asian-American environmental engineer. From an early age, I have been cognizant of climate change and decided early on that the field was filled with new technologies and solutions that I wanted to dedicate my life to exploring.

I have lived in Chile, Shanghai, and Mexico and am a polyglot. My NGO ProjectQRRestore, supported by a commercial tech-startup arm named ProjectQRSargasso will one day touch New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, on top of New York and Mexico. This effort to bring balance to humanity’s relationship with our planet will need us to see past nationality and vestigial borders that no longer serve us.
