Delegate Speaker for the Ethical Leadership Plenary Challenge
My name is Erlinda Janeth Bonilla Andrade, Agricultural Engineer, belonging to the Kichwa Cotacachi people of the Ashambuela community, founding member of the Kichwa Institute of Science, Technology and Humanities (KISTH), which is a network of Kichwa professionals, with the aim of providing support and solutions to community problems. Director of the research department of RunaSpace and Director of planning and strategies of Warmi STEM, initiatives that seek to empower children and young people of indigenous peoples of Ecuador, to become interested in space exploration and pursue a career in Science, Technology, engineering and Mathematics (STEM). For this reason, I was a scholarship recipient of the IV Ibero-American Leadership Program of the Pablo VI Foundation, in which I received comprehensive training on leadership, science, and ethics. I am currently a Trainee of Banco Pichincha in the Agribusiness cell.
