Leonie is a young leader on the rise. At the age of 17 she ventured out to Japan to learn more about other cultures. She learned a lot about the different ways of communicating and interacting within cultures. After that she studied international business at Rotterdam Business School. Now using all that experience to grow her career with IKEA and make sense of the world. She has great capabilities and is the youngest manager within the Delft store, which is in the top 10 stores of the world. Leonie is a 2021 One Young World ambassador and is inspiring other young potentials to grow and explore their capabilities.
