Monika is Managing Director at Yunus Social Business (YSB). YSB supports and scales social businesses in Africa, South America and India and works with multinational corporations to build and accelerate social businesses and include them into their value chain. Before joining YSB, Monika co-founded the Berlin-based, award-winning innovation management and transformation consultancy Dark Horse. She has taught at the HPI School of Design Thinking in Potsdam, Germany and has written the book "Thank God it's Monday" about new ways of working. She has been recognized as one of 25 women who revolutionize the (German) economy and as Top 40 under 40. Monika lives in Berlin with her husband and three kids and loves impro theatre, cycling and podcasts.
