Nadea Nabilla
Delegate Speaker for the Oceans Plenary Challenge
Nadea is a passionate ocean lover that holds a master's degree in electronic engineering specialised in the fields of Information Technology Convergence (ICT) from Kumoh National Institute, South Korea.
Nadea has wide-range experience prior to Azura Indonesia, from MNC's employee to runner-up beauty pageant focusing on ocean issues. She was working for MNC (Multi-National Company) as a consultant specialising in Software Engineering. Before returning to Indonesia in 2017, she was a technology researcher in one of the R&D in South Korea and she has authored papers, articles, and University level patents on the advanced implementation of ICT technology.
In 2017, she was chosen as Runner-Up Miss Scuba (diving) Indonesia where she developed a deep loe for, and understanding of, the ocean. Since then, she has devoted herself to the Ocean, with her project MantaOne, through which she supports sustainable fishing in the coastal fishermen communities of Indonesia.
