Pradeep is the Founder and CEO of the Health Innovation and Investment Exchange (HIEx) a multilayered platform connecting governments, policymakers, innovators and investors to leverage innovations and technology towards scaling up access to healthcare. He has worked on health and development over the last three decades including with the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) based in Geneva, Switzerland, where he established and led the Office of Innovation. A former journalist and filmmaker, Pradeep serves on the Advisory Boards of the Graduate Institute in Geneva and is a founding member of the Board of the Geneva Innovation Network. Additionally, he is a member of the Global Council on Health as part of the United Arab Emirates’ “SDGs in Action” initiative, member of the African Union Digital Health Strategy Taskforce and a member of the Science and Innovation Accelerator working group hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO).  He is a recipient of the Schwab Foundation/ WEF Public Intrapreneur 2022 award.
