Ricardo Pineda Guzman is a Honduran climate leader focused on just energy transitions. He was named Champion of Escazú for his work on access to environmental information, a former fellow for Fulbright, UNDP and UNICEF, and OneYoungWorld Ambassador.

He is the founder of Sustenta Honduras, a youth organization that is installing the first rural air quality monitoring network in Honduras, and was the winner of the Youth4Climate contest for the use of data for the electrification of rural schools through solar energy.
