Wen-Yu is a consultant and strategist in low carbon energy, transport and infrastructure. She works across a wide range of commercial, economic, financial, technical and regulatory issues in energy and climate change. Most recently, she has focused on projects in offshore wind, hydrogen and synfuels, long-duration storage and flexibility, carbon capture, and green innovation clusters. At PA Consulting, she helps accelerate the energy transition through innovation and a combined technology-commercial approach. Outside of PA Consulting, she has advised national and regional governments on energy and trade issues, and has researched extensively the application of digital technologies (including blockchains) for climate and sustainability use-cases.
