Montréal Summit Merchandise Design Competition Terms and Conditions.
This merchandise design competition is promoted by One Young World Limited a charity registered in England and Wales (Reg.No.1147298), with our registered office at 14 Irving Street, London, WC2H 7AF (‘One Young World ’, we, us, our’).
Entry into the merchandise design competition will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
Entry to the merchandise design competition is free; no purchase necessary.
Merchandise design competition participants must be One Young World Ambassadors only. Employees of One Young World or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the merchandise design competition are not eligible to take part.
You agree to only submit designs that are your own original work and do not belong to any third parties.
To enter, you must submit a merchandise design to us using the submission form, and follow the instructions. No other method of entry will be accepted. You may not submit an entry on behalf of another person.
You may only make a maximum of five designs per person. All designs should be submitted in one go using one entry form submission per person.
By submitting your design you are giving One Young World full rights to use your designs on merchandise in the One Young World shop
The winners will be shortlisted by One Young World staff via a voting scheme. The winners will be notified by email. If a winner refuses, or is non contactable after 48 hours, One Young World reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Winners will not receive any financial reward for their winning entry or sale proceeds.
In the event that, for reasons beyond One Young World ’s reasonable control and not related to the winner, One Young World is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, One Young World reserves the right to make this prize unavailable.
The provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by One Young World of any third-party supplier of the prize or any third parties concerned in any way with the merchandise design competition.
By taking part in the competition, you hereby consent to a dialogue with One Young World by email to ascertain whether you would prefer to remain anonymous, or if you are happy for your name to appear in any publication materials.
You hereby represent and warrant that any use of your name or other related materials by or on behalf of One Young World , comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
By entering you agree that One Young World may use your personal data for the purposes of administering the merchandise design competition. Your personal data will be held in accordance with One Young World ’s Privacy Policy in place.
All One Young World ’s decisions in relation to the merchandise design competition are final in all matters and One Young World will not enter into any correspondence with participants other than the merchandise design competition winner.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the merchandise design competition or these Terms and Conditions.
By submitting an entry you allow One Young World to use your entry designs in their communications.
