One Young World (OYW) is proud to partner with The Lens, a Business in the Community podcast.
The Lens aims to create an open and unscripted conversation between current and future leaders and to challenge the way we all think about responsible business.
About the podcast
Hosted by Oli Barrett MBE, The Lens creates a space for leaders to convene, always with one eye on the future. The Lens represents the breadth, diversity and priorities of the responsible business agenda. Guests’ conversations cover anything from climate change, the unintended consequences of AI and automation and access to ‘good work’, through to topics such as inclusivity, surveillance and diversity in the workplace.
How our partnership works
Each month a global business leader sits down with an emerging leader who is already making their mark to foster disruptive conversations and fresh connections. Innovators and CEOs join Oli in the studio for a unique conversation covering their journeys, lessons learned, advice, insight and controversy. Many of these young leaders are OYW Ambassadors put forward by the OYW team.
